We Were Here Tomorrow Demo PS5: What to Know (2026)

Quick answer

As of 2026-10-14, no PS5 demo for We Were Here Tomorrow has been announced. Total Mayhem Games’ 9 April 2026 demo announcement says the surprise demo was available exclusively via Steam for one week only. The US PlayStation Store page for the game does not list a PS5 demo as of 2026-10-14.

The April 2026 demo

According to the Gamespress demo announcement, the limited demo was a two-player co-op slice set in an opening area called Norcek. It included three puzzles built around communication. Both players needed the demo because the game is designed as asymmetrical co-op: each Explorer sees different information and has to relay it by walkie-talkie.

The demo was Steam-only and ran for one week from 9 April 2026, so that limited window has ended.

PS5 release and how to prepare

The full game has a PS5 release date of 20 October 2026 at 01:00 PM UTC, according to the US PlayStation Store page. That same page lists:

• Online play required
• PS Plus required for online play
• The game is a PS5 title

You can add it to your PlayStation wishlist to get release updates. If a PS5 demo is added later, the PlayStation Store page and Total Mayhem Games’ site are the places to check as of 2026-10-14.
